Throughput Dashboard

What it does

Shows total messages sent per channel, per hour, and per shift, with a live counter and a day-over-day comparison.

Throughput Dashboard is part of JOEY's Live Observability system. No black box. A live control room shows you every call, text, and email as it happens, the current lead being worked, rolling output gauges, and a frame-by-frame view of the dialer in action. If something stalls, you see it and a stale-data alarm tells you, so you are never guessing whether it is working.

How to use it
